Piszę, ponieważ w swojej pracy wykonuję nową instalację telewizji przemysłowej opartą o technologię IP oraz rejestrator BCS obsługujący do 32 kamer oraz kamery zewnętrzne GEMINI-822-48P (9 szt.) oraz wewnętrzne GEMINI-822D-13P (14 szt.). Kamery zasilane są przez PoE. Sieć jest odseparowana i zbudowana z jednego centralnego switcha 24-portowego gigabitowego oraz kilku mniejszych, gdzie odległość kamery od rejestratora jest spora a trzeba podłączyć więcej niż jedną kamerę.
Mój problem jest taki, że na obiekcie jest portiernia, w której siedzi ochrona i tam mają podgląd z kamer, który jest bardzo niestabilny (rejestrator znajduje się w innym pomieszczeniu). Często ginie obraz albo zaczyna się ciąć (obraz wyświetlany z kilku sekundowym opóźnieniem).
W portierni jest komputer, na którym jest zainstalowany program dostarczony przez producenta kamer na płycie cd wraz z kamerą do podglądu obrazu.
Nazywa się on Video Monitor Software. W konfiguracji tej aplikacji dodaje się obiekty przez przeszukanie sieci a następnie w podglądzie wybiera się kanały ze wskazanych obiektów.
Niby zaraz po uruchomieniu w/w monitora wszystko działa, ale czasem już po paru godzinach działania zaczynają się w/w problemy.
W ogóle problemy pojawiły się w momencie, gdy ilość kamer w sieci przekroczyła 10 szt. Program jakoś inaczej je dodaje w konfiguracji - tak, jakby wykrywał jeden obiekt a w nim kilka kanałów. Do 10 szt. każdy obiekt był widoczny osobno i z jednym kanałem.
Uznałem, że dobrze było by, aby system restartował się raz na tydzień. Ustawiłem auto restart na niedzielę na ranem, ale po restarcie portiernia traci podgląd - video monitor software zamyka się.
